The General Directorate of European Funds of the Ministry of Finance organizes the Financial Seminar for beneficiaries and controllers of the Second Call of the INTERREG ATLANTIC SPACE 2014-2020 Program.
The purpose of the Seminar is to inform about the control system and the financial circuit of expenses within the framework of the INTERREG ATLANTIC SPACE 2014-2020 Program, and is aimed at the beneficiaries participating in approved projects of the second call, as well as the controllers of first level that have been previously authorized.
Gisela García-Alvarez, Managing Director of the Galician Health Cluster (CSG) together with Alberto Villar, CSG treasurer and neuroATLANTIC board member, and Eva Ben, Projecter Manager at FIDIS, attended this event organized in Madrid, on October 30th 2019, at the Ministry of Finance. During this seminar, remarkable topics were discussed and explained such as the Financial Circuit of the expense: declaration of expense: models, terms, eligibility of the expense, application, SIGI; First-level control system: Verification of expenditure. Art. 125.4 and other controls; and Anti-fraud and Anti-corruption measures.
